1. Data Collection & Usage

📸 Photos & Images (On-Device Processing)

We do not upload your original photos to our servers.

All image analysis (Object Recognition and Text Extraction) is performed locally on your iPhone using Apple's Vision Framework. Only the extracted text and a textual description of the image are sent to our verification engine.

👤 Account Information

User ID: Generated anonymously via Sign in with Apple.
Email Address: Used solely for account recovery and strictly necessary communications. We do not sell your email.
Purchase History: We store transaction logs to track your credit balance.

🧠 Verification Data

When you verify a claim, the text query is processed by our verification engine. This data is used solely to generate the result and is subject to our data privacy protections.

2. Third-Party Services

Google Firebase: Used for secure authentication and database hosting.
Cloud Inference Providers: We utilize third-party cloud services to reason about data.

3. Data Retention

We retain transaction logs and verification history (text queries and results) to provide you with a history of your checks. You may request account deletion at any time, which will permanently erase all your data.
